Disappointment with the lack of response from Experian's support team regarding a Bureau Report Dispute I filed on June 7th, 2024. Despite escalating the issue to the Nodal Officer and subsequently to the Principal Nodal Officer, I have yet to receive a response or resolution to my dispute.
As a consumer, I expect a timely and efficient resolution to errors on my credit report. Unfortunately, Experian's lack of response has fallen short of my expectations.
